So, is business casual what your mentor is wearing? What did you choose for the first day? I do like the anti-valentines day party poster with the springy hearts...too much fun. It sounds like you're fitting in well. What are your thoughts? Have you noticed anything about your mentor (how he handles people, interruptions, etc.?) If not look at your mentor to see if your opinions about his actions change over time... it could be interesting.
